2013/08/12 Vegetarian Salted Fish and egg soup
1. Egg soup with fish ball & mushroom leg and 9 level tower leave.
Steps: fried egg and mushroom leg with a little oil then put in the water and boil until bubbling. Put in salt, the leave, and fish ball.
2. Crispy Vegetarian Salted Fish made from bean curb. Bought from Yulex vegetarian food supply store. It is ready made. Just need to fry and then you can store in a glass bottle for up to a week.
3. Boiled vegetable and add in the fried cabbage leaves.
Fried cabbage leave was cut into small pieces and was prepare last weekend and kept in a glass bottle. It taste nice like fried onion.

2013/06/25 Steam Fried Bitter guard with Vege Oyster sauce
Today lunch is special :-)
1. Bitter guard
Fry bitter guard first and take it out. Then put some oil to heat it up and put ginger with vegetarian oyster sauce to it. Stir and put in the bitter guard.
2. Miso soup with square organic tauhu and seaweed
3. Brown Rice with a vegetarian salted fish from Taiwan
