2013/06/25 Steam Fried Bitter guard with Vege Oyster sauce

Today lunch is special  :-)

1. Bitter guard
Fry bitter guard first and take it out. Then put some oil to heat it up and put ginger with vegetarian oyster sauce to it.  Stir and put in the bitter guard.

2. Miso soup with square organic tauhu and seaweed

3. Brown Rice with a vegetarian salted fish from Taiwan
