2015/04/07 Sambal Eggs with mushroom leg
1. Today dishes is Sambal mushroom leg with eggs. It taste good especially with white rice . The Sambal was cook long ago and was pack in the freezer . My wife just defrost it and cook with mushroom leg and stir fried with scramble eggs.
2. My normal seaweed soup.
2015/03/31 Favorite ginger bitter gourd
1. Marinate Ginger bitter gourd . Please refer to previous posting for ingredient and ways how to cook it. This is my favorite dishes and my wife always cook this for me .

1. Tomato egg is my son favorite. It is easy to cook . You have to fried your eggs then scramble it , follow by pouring the tomato sauce and stir fried at the end .

2015/01/25 Special vegetable soup
Special Vegetables soup
Ingredient
1. Any green vegetables
2. Carrot
3. Nine tower leaves
4. Seaweed
5. Mushroom leg
6. Others vegetable like tauhu , other leaves or beans , small corn , etc that you like
All of the above cut into pieces
Step 1 boil water
Step 2 put salt , black pepper , tumeric , soy sauce , sesame oil.. at reasonable small amount like 1 to 2 small pinch and taste until it is OK ..
Boil for about few minutes .
Then throw in those hard vegetables like carrot and mushroom leg. Lastly throw in the rest ..
When it is boil and soft . You may take out and serves

2013/08/20 Today's special steam bitter guard with vegetarian oyster sauce
Today I have my lunch at a slope at taman wawasan . There are many big stone aline properly down the slope. There are big trees and is a great place for resting as no sun light to pass by.
I have stop at one of the stone and setup my lunch for my photo taking.
After a few minutes, something not right. Lot of mosquito start attacking me.. Just quickly finish up my bitter guard and I move to a more open space near the lake to drink my soup.
I have attached the map of the garden and my track at the end of the blog.
Today's menu
1. Bitter guard with chopped ginger and vegetarian oyster sauce.
Fry the bitter guard in advance. Then start a new wok with heated oil and ginger. Put in some vegetarian oyster sauce and others for better taste. Put in the Bitter guard and add more water to steam until the water getter lesser and thicker.
2. Tauhu seaweed soup with vegetarian fish ball.
