2013/06/27 Soft Steam Black Fungus with Angelica
1. Baby pok Choy with carrot and ginger. Stir fried with some oil.
2. Edible black fungus with mushroom leg, tauhu, Angelica 当归 and ginger. Put some vegetarian oyster sauce and Steam for 5 to 10 min with plenty of water to make black fungus soft.
At noon, the black fungus was so soft after been kept in the flask for 4 hours. It was so nice and soft.

2013/06/25 Steam Fried Bitter guard with Vege Oyster sauce
Today lunch is special :-)
1. Bitter guard
Fry bitter guard first and take it out. Then put some oil to heat it up and put ginger with vegetarian oyster sauce to it. Stir and put in the bitter guard.
2. Miso soup with square organic tauhu and seaweed
3. Brown Rice with a vegetarian salted fish from Taiwan

2013/06/20 Japanese mushroom with ginger and black papper
Today only have japanese mushroom fried with ginger and pepper. This one so nice and it is still hot.
And a steam vegetable.

2013/06/13 Stir fried Cauliflower, Brocoli and Carrot
Today's special
1. Mix vegetables
It was a mixture of organic cauliflower, organic brocoli and carrots with light soya sauce and a little olive oil fried together.
When is organic you can really taste the the vegetables essence without chemical.
2. Organic bean curb tauhu.
Just normal fry on light olive oil.
3. Vege seaweed soup
With vege and vege fish ball

2013/06/14 Light lunch Fruits and Bread
No lunch today. Just taking cheese bread, a 3 in 1 milo, seedless grape and an apple with a wasabi flavor Green beans as snack.
Still ok but at 4:30pm start to hungry. Ha ha.
