2013/08/19 Lunch with nature. Today's special Pumpkin with marinated Mushroom leg

Great day to all my fans,

Today I have my lunch at a new location at Taman Wawasan.

This garden look like has been abandon for quite some time.  There is a water fountain and two rest area. Here you can have a good view of the bridge and the mosque. 
There are many species of flower available here as well. 

Yesterday my neighbor back from Cameron and gave me some pumpkin and vegetables

Today's menu
1. Steam Pumpkin with chop mushroom leg.
Materials: Fresh pumpkin,  chop marinated Mushroom leg (ready made)
Steps: Fried the pumpkin until it soft,  take out from the oil.  Then prepare a new wok put in the marinated Mushroom leg with the desire flavor like salt,  vegetarian oyster sauce, Water. Stir for a while and then pour in the fried Pumpkin and steam for 5 minutes

2. Vegetable pak Choy
Materials : baby pak Choy,  cut mushroom leg,  cut gingers
Steps: put olive oil and throw in the cut mushroom leg,  cut gingers.  Stir fried for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Put salt and  then the baby pak Choy
