1. Brocoli with cauliflower
Ingredients : cauliflower, brocoli, vegetarian fish ball, mushroom leg and ginger slices .
Steps: Put a small amount of olive oil into the wok, heat it up and place the mushroom leg and ginger into the heated oil. Stir fried for one minute then put in the cauliflower and brocoli. Add water and some salt. Stir for few minutes.
2. Steam Lady fingers with vegetarian oyster sauce and fried cabbage slices
3. Ginger fried rices with eggs and mushroom leg.
