HOW YOUR BODY WORKS ROUND THE CLOCK


🕔5 - 7 am
The time in which the colon is working. Must discipline yourself to defecate (goto toilet) at this time. If not, many disease will develop in future.

🕖7 - 9 am
Require yourself to eat breakfast. If not, the body metabolism will drop dramatically later . That's why people who eat late after 9 o'clock will have sudden weight gain even eat once a day!

🕘9 - 11 am
Spleen organ start to work. Avoid eating at this time.

🕚11 - 1 pm
The heart works optimally. Avoid stressful work, you should rest and take a nap. Heart attacks often occur during this time.

🕐1 - 3 pm
Small intestine start to work. You should be defecate the second time.

Lungs work.
For asthma patients, good practice waking up at this time. Lungs absorb oxygen in high quantities. Prayers are very encouraged at this time.
