2015/04/17 Vegetarian Penang White Curry

Today I am on leave and I fetch my Daugther at school.

She cook a vegetarian Penang White Curry for me . Not bad as she added vegetables , broccoli , vegetarian fish ball, monkey head mushroom , tauhu and nine tower leaves . Even though it is instant noodle , it taste very nice . I come together with  pure curry paste and dried  coconut milk powder .

My Daugther made herself a plain potatoe noodle soup together with vegetables , vegetarian  fish ball and various mushroom . Was wondering what she  going to put to make the soup taste . She put sesame oil , salt , a little of vegetarian extract , pepper and a little of soya sauce .
Lastly she crack a egg and put in her noodle .

I have taste her noodle and it taste just awesome .

2015/04/10 Cyberjaya DeVeg Vegetarian

Today I went to Cyberjaya to have lunch with my nephew. He brought me to a newly open Vegetarian Restaurant . DeVeg Vetegarian .

My review
I take 5 dishes on my plate as you can see on the picture and my nephew (Sang Hor) also taking a big portion as well. We order 2 chinese tea and the total price  come to about RM13 .
The tea already RM2 which mean our plate of rice is about RM5 to 6 only . All the dishes was nice and fresh. I wish I can take all but my plate just now allow. There is this Siang Choon  leaves noodle which is delicious and is a must have noodle in the shop according to my nephew. Will definitely try it out next time.

The price is quite reasonable if comparison you eating at Secret Recipies or Papa rich for a plate of vegetarian meal. The price at DeVeg is half I paid at these franchise restaurant .
I will definitely recommend you all have your meal here .

This is the first Vegetarian Restaurant at Cyberjaya .

2015/04/07 Sambal Eggs with mushroom leg

1. Today dishes is Sambal mushroom leg with eggs. It taste good especially with white rice . The Sambal was cook long ago and was pack in the freezer . My wife just defrost it and cook with mushroom leg and stir fried with scramble eggs.

2015/04/01 GST start today.

My friend sent me a receipt with GST .

Today is the first day of gst in Malaysia.

Are you ready for it ?  Is Malaysia ready ? I am Not sure we are ready.

I have cousin that was totally not ready and asking for help how to submit the gst , whether to use computer to print receipt , can they issue invoice manually ?

Went out for a fresh air today take a few picture of nature . Ant climbing the tree and taking of picture of yellow flower .

2015/03/31 Favorite ginger bitter gourd

1. Marinate Ginger bitter gourd . Please refer to previous posting for ingredient and ways how to cook it. This is my favorite dishes and my wife always cook this for me .

2015/03/30 Instant rice

Lately have been eating lot of instant rice or going out with friend for lunch ..

Today instant have special dried veggies and tauhu in it .

It is a package of dried seaweed mix with dried veggies and tau Hu together .

2015/03/26 Tomato eggs

1. Tomato egg is my son favorite. It is easy to cook . You have to fried your eggs then scramble it ,  follow by pouring the tomato sauce and stir fried at the end .

2015/03/22 Dumpling soup with veggies

One Of My Wife favorite dishes
Dumpling soup with veggies

Those fried brown color leaves are cabbage which cut into small pieces and then deep fried become crispy . It dies not taste like onion , the fried carbon taste just give the soup and extra favoring .

Inside the dumpling are some ready made stuffing which bought from vegetarian supermarket .

She added mushroom leg and vegetables in the soup to make it more colorful and enjoyable to eat.

About the soup, it was cook with various chinese herb for 1 to 2 hours and therefore it taste awesome .
