2013/08/28 Orange and bread

Today just had a simple lunch.  Orange and bread inside my car. 

I went to Maybank to get a bank statement certified.  They ask me to print from maybank2u and bring to bank.  They do not allow to print at counter.  Have to travel back to office and make the second trip to Maybank.

2013/08/27 Fried rice with vegetarian ham and bean

1. Fried rice.

Today is my wife birthday so just cook a simple Fried rice and tonight I bring her out for candle light dinner..

Had this special brownies on a hot plate with ice cream and strawberries on top during the during .

2013/08/26 Petai with ginger and chilli padi

1. Petai with chopped ginger and chilli padi
Ingredient : chopped Petai, chopped ginger and chilli padi,  chopped vegetarian ham.
Steps: fry chopped ginger until golden brown.  Then pour in the petai and chilli padi.  Put some water and add salt and pepper until the desire taste. 

2. Steam Organic tauhu

3. Sprouts soup with vegetarian fish ball

2013/08/24 Assorted Vegetarian Noodles from Taiwan for breakfast

This noodle taste good.  It is from Taiwan and not available at normal store. 

Heard that you can buy it from Zhi Ji organisation. 

2013/08/23 Fruits for lunch at the Park

Not feeling today.  Got sore throat and phlegm. 

Today lunch is simple apple,  orange and grape.

2013/08/22 Celery with carrot

1. Stir fry celery with carrot and chop vegetarian fried chicken

2. Long beans with marinated Mushroom leg

3. Sprouts soup with ginger and vegetarian fish ball

2013/08/21 Spaghetti for lunch

1. Spaghetti with tomatoes sauce and beans. 
The crispy stuffs on top are vegetarian chicken cut into pieces and then deep fry until golden brown.

I have my lunch at home today.

2013/08/20 Today's special steam bitter guard with vegetarian oyster sauce

Today I have my lunch at a slope at taman wawasan .  There are many big stone aline properly down the slope.  There are big trees and is a  great place for resting as no sun light to pass by. 

I have stop at one of the stone and setup my lunch for my photo taking. 

After a few minutes,  something not right.  Lot of mosquito start attacking me..  Just quickly finish up my bitter guard and I move to a more open space near the lake to drink my soup. 

I have attached the map of the garden and my track at the end of the blog. 

Today's menu

1. Bitter guard with chopped  ginger and vegetarian oyster sauce. 
Fry the bitter guard in advance.  Then start a new wok with heated oil and ginger.  Put in some vegetarian oyster sauce and others for better taste.  Put in the Bitter guard and add more water to steam until the water getter lesser and thicker.

2. Tauhu seaweed soup with vegetarian fish ball.

2013/08/19 Lunch with nature. Today's special Pumpkin with marinated Mushroom leg

Great day to all my fans,

Today I have my lunch at a new location at Taman Wawasan.

This garden look like has been abandon for quite some time.  There is a water fountain and two rest area. Here you can have a good view of the bridge and the mosque. 
There are many species of flower available here as well. 

Yesterday my neighbor back from Cameron and gave me some pumpkin and vegetables

Today's menu
1. Steam Pumpkin with chop mushroom leg.
Materials: Fresh pumpkin,  chop marinated Mushroom leg (ready made)
Steps: Fried the pumpkin until it soft,  take out from the oil.  Then prepare a new wok put in the marinated Mushroom leg with the desire flavor like salt,  vegetarian oyster sauce, Water. Stir for a while and then pour in the fried Pumpkin and steam for 5 minutes

2. Vegetable pak Choy
Materials : baby pak Choy,  cut mushroom leg,  cut gingers
Steps: put olive oil and throw in the cut mushroom leg,  cut gingers.  Stir fried for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Put salt and  then the baby pak Choy
