This is not an ordinary usb fan.
It can be plugged to you mobile phone micro usb hole and draw/consume power from the mobile phone. Not bad when you need a fan to cool your self after walking for 30 min to LRT waiting for your train.
It can work on normal usb as well. You may plug to your power bank as the micro usb plug can be pushed inside.
