2013/07/05 Yong Tau Fu

1. Vegetarian Yong Tau fu
    - Get soft square tau fu from the Market and cut into half from corner
    - For the Stuffing, my wife use ready made vegetarian stuffing bought from store . You may custom made using vegetarian ham or hotdog. Smash or cut into small pieces. Mixed with a little potato flour with some water to make it sticky. You may cut some Sei kun or dried seaweed and mix it together with the stuffing.  If it is not sticky enough probably need to egg white.
2. Spinach and kei Ji

2013/07/04 Sweet and sour bean curb

1. Stir fry cauliflower, brocoli with carrot.
2. Sweet and sour bean curb (tau bao)

2013/07/03 Ginger egg mushroom leg soup

Vegetarian 

1. Stir fried vege
2. Steam Lady Finger
3. Mushroom leg with egg Ginger 

No lunch for the last two days.

2013/07/01 Chinese Cabbage soup after dinner

1. Chinese cabbage soup with Chinese herbs and mushroom leg.  Very delicious ;-)

2013/06/28 Dumpling (Zhong Zi)

1. Vegetarian Dumpling with mushroom leg, with various  beans and mushroom.  Taken one apple and one orange just now.  Because not enough..  :-) 

2013/06/27 Soft Steam Black Fungus with Angelica

1. Baby pok Choy with carrot and ginger.  Stir fried with some oil.

2. Edible black fungus with mushroom leg,  tauhu,  Angelica 当归 and ginger.  Put some vegetarian oyster sauce and Steam for 5 to 10 min with plenty of water to make black fungus soft. 

At noon,  the black fungus was so soft after been kept in the flask for 4 hours.  It was so nice and soft.
