1. Vegetarian Yong Tau fu
- Get soft square tau fu from the Market and cut into half from corner
- For the Stuffing, my wife use ready made vegetarian stuffing bought from store . You may custom made using vegetarian ham or hotdog. Smash or cut into small pieces. Mixed with a little potato flour with some water to make it sticky. You may cut some Sei kun or dried seaweed and mix it together with the stuffing. If it is not sticky enough probably need to egg white.
