Dumpling soup with veggies
Those fried brown color leaves are cabbage which cut into small pieces and then deep fried become crispy . It dies not taste like onion , the fried carbon taste just give the soup and extra favoring .
Inside the dumpling are some ready made stuffing which bought from vegetarian supermarket .
She added mushroom leg and vegetables in the soup to make it more colorful and enjoyable to eat.
About the soup, it was cook with various chinese herb for 1 to 2 hours and therefore it taste awesome .
